HOTSITE

101.png

"The hot site project was developed during the Design for Digital Media course, and its objective was to deliver an interface with the theme of 10 years of Social Communication courses at Faculdade Martha Falcão. The team consisted of 5 Advertising and Advertising students, where together we used various Design Thinking resources in all stages of the project, from mapping the challenge to be worked to the prototype. I was present at all stages of this project, conducting research with students, defining the personas and scenarios, exchanging feedback with the team to consolidate the information, and finally delivering the prototype.

The architecture and taxonomy of the site were specifically designed by a team member, while the wireframes and UI creation steps were developed by me, as I had more command of graphical tools, and they were/are steps that I specifically love.

For this challenge, we held weekly workshops for approximately four months with mentorships from the discipline's professor and guest professionals, where we learned about Design Thinking tools and developed the steps iteratively, thus identifying problems, opportunities, and possible solutions. These discoveries involved brainstorming, questionnaires, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and information exchange with the team.

That was an enjoyable project to work on, for discovering the universe of Design Thinking, for exchanging knowledge with professionals in the market and especially for working with a high-spirited team that helped each other to deliver a good result." - Ronney Freitas.
